Our Process

Initial Client Briefing

Upon receiving a request via phone or website, CMES Consultancy will schedule a virtual initial client briefing. The purpose of the client briefing is to make formal introductions and exchange the following information:

• Details about the organization requesting services and the person representing the organization
• Details about CMES Consultancy and the services that we can provide
• Details about the event and/or venue
• Safety concerns specific to the event
• Client objectives

This upfront information will assist CMES Consultancy in determining what services may be necessary in order to meet client expectations and goals. In some cases, it may be necessary to schedule a follow-up in-person meeting at the site in order to determine what services would be applicable to your project.

Proposal

Using the information gathered during the initial client briefing and site visit (if applicable), CMES Consultancy will prepare a proposal for the potential client. The proposal will detail services that will be provided by CMES Consultancy, the cost of our services, and the expected outcome of our services.

Contract/Service Agreement

Once the proposal is accepted, CMES Consultancy will provide the client with a service agreement for review and signatures. The contracts will be delivered electronically. The client may provide electronic signatures and return the contracts to CMES Consultancy electronically. CMES Consultancy will store the completed contracts and provide a copy of the completed contract to the client.

Project Services

Upon receiving initial deposit, CMES Consultancy will begin services in accordance with the scope of work and timeline detailed in the accepted proposal. CMES Consultancy will remain in constant communication with the client representative, providing project updates and progress reports. Upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment, all finalized deliverables will be released to the client.
